Eddy Current Testing (ECT)

Eddy current testing (ET)It is a very fast and sensitive electromagnetic testing technique for inspection of non-ferromagnetic materials. ET are induced in the tubes by an AC magnetic field generated from the probe. Flaws will interact with the induced current and returning a different magnetic field to the probe.
